We aim to match each family with two regular babysitters so that should one be unavailable, there is a greater chance of a familiar babysitter attending each time.

All of Little Cherubs babysitters have to satisfy the following criteria before they are considered for work:

• Thorough interview process
• Clear fully enhanced CRB check
• At least two satisfactory, signed references
• At least 6 months previous childcare experience
• Are over 21 years old
• Hold a full UK driving licence

As mothers ourselves, if we wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving a particular babysitter in charge of our children, we wouldn’t have them on our register.
