Can we make payment by card?
Yes, although we can’t take payment for your subscription and booking fees over the phone, if you go to our “Contact us” page and click on the link to pay your local branch, you can make online payments through Paypal. You cannot pay the babysitters hourly fee this way.

Are all the babysitters CRB checked?
Yes, all of our babysitters have been subject to enhanced CRB clearance.

What’s the latest time I can have a babysitter until?
You can book a babysitter to stay as late as you like, however if you are going to be later than 3am, we recommend booking an overnight stay.

How old are the babysitters on your register?
The babysitters ages start at 21 years old.

Can I have the same babysitter for each booking?
We try wherever possible to stick to two babysitters per family, this is not always possible and we recommend giving us at least two weeks notice if you want to request a particular babysitter.

I am apprehensive about leaving my child with a stranger.
We appreciate that you might be nervous leaving your child with us for the first time; we recommend booking her half an hour earlier than the sit begins in order to see her with your children and chat to her before you leave.

Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, we have a minimum of 3 hours booking time for weekdays and 3 ½ hours on a weekend; weekends begin Friday evening and end on Sunday.

How much notice do you require for making a booking?
It is possible to book a babysitter within hours of the sit, however we do not recommend this and would always suggest that at least one weeks notice was given.
